How To Save A Life is the first full-length studio album from the Denver group The Fray. While it never reached the top ten, it had very good staying power and went double platinum. It also included two very successful singles - "Over My Head" and the title track. How To Save A Life was produced by Aaron Johnson and Mike Flynn.
