Concrete Blonde were an alternative rock band based in the United States. They were together from 1982 to 1995 and reunited a couple times after that. Concrete Blonde is best known for their song "Joey" from their 1990 album Bloodletting. Singer/bassist Johnette Napolitano and guitarist James Mankey have been consistent members of the band, with several drummers appearing over the years.
