Red Hot Chili Peppers were formed in Los Angeles in 1983. Core members of the band include vocalist Anthony Kiedis, bassist Flea, and drummer Chad Smith. Lead guitar players have included Hillel Slovak, John Frusciante, Dave Navarro and Josh Klinghoffer. Their breakthrough album was 1991's Blood Sugar Sex Magik which included the single "Under The Bridge." In 2012, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
